I am writing to have my say in regard to a new resort planned for Noosa Springs.
No, no for many reasons particularly the fact that it is to be mostly built on existing land zoned as recreational and open space as well as a core koala habitat.

Surely this area is over resourced and overpopulated now with existing properties and the sprawling Parkridge development. It will be going against everything that Noosa stands for (until recent times anyway) if this development is approved.
