It has come to my attention that a proposed change of approval has been lodged with Noosa council and the state government for a 195 room resort complex and shop on the remaining bush land at The Settlers Cove Precinct.
I do not agree with this project for several reasons:-
1. Traffic increase
2. Loss of bush land, bio diversity and wildlife habitat.
3. Loss of neighbourhood amenity for existing residents.
