As part of our Operational Works application, I have provided an overview of the controls that we have currently in place for the topsoil that has been placed on our property at 48 Princess St Cooran. The topsoil material in question has been stored at the address mentioned above from the Six Mile Bridge development project for CMC. The topsoil material will be returned to site as part of the final landscaping works required as part of the project. The topsoil material will be stored at the address mentioned above for 6 months and the relocation of the material will commence in July or August 2023.
As part of this document, we have broken it down into 2 sections.

Removal of Topsoil from 48 Princess St to the Six Mile Creek Bridge Project Site
The topsoil material is only being stored on site as a temporary measure, until it will be returned to CMC’s Six Mile Bridge project. Before any of the material is relocated from 48 Princess St to the project site, the following measure must be in place-
A site meeting to be a meeting held with all stake holders. The stake holders will be Simon Adams, Noosa Council and CMC. This meeting will be used to discuss truck movements, neighbourhood awareness, road maintenance, and project overview. Completed before removing topsoil.
CMC will install Rumble grid to install at the front gate of the property at 48 Princess St to ensure all loose material is not taken on to the main roads.
All neighbours will be informed of all relocation works, including time frames, number of trucks and frequency of each run by means of a letterbox drop, with opportunity to voice concerns provided. Concerns raised and complaints will be recorded and relayed to the Council.
No trucks will run before 8am or after 4.30pm.
Relocation works will be limited to 3 trucks on a round trip on each day of topsoil relocation works.
A CMC water truck will water the gravel road at the front of the property at 48 Princess St at least 4 times per day whilst the topsoil material is being relocated back to site.
A dilapidation report will be conducted to record the current condition of the haul route from the property to site.
CMC will repair any damage created on Princess St (gravel road) through topsoil relocation works.
The rumble grid and remaining erosion and sediment control measures will be removed and the disturbed are revegetated.
