Noosa Planning Design Team

Chair: Ross Sanderson

Goal:
To enshrine the “Noosa Look & Feel” and good design solutions across Council practices.



Community Engagement Team

Chair: Debra Iezzi

Goal:
To develop community engagement capacity across the Council and to ensure consistency of
approach.



Asset Management Team

Chair: Martin Drydale

Goal:
To develop Asset Management Plans for all Council asset classes and link to financial
sustainability.



Sustainability Team

Chair: TBC

Goal:
Ensure that Council’s work practices reduce our Council’s environmental footprint.




Note:   Community Facilities Manager is to have a Council wide role in developing
        Business Plans and entrepreneurship across the Council.
