RE:     NOTICE OF RESUMING THE CURRENT PERIOD (S32.6 OF DA RULES)
        Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Office & Showroom (MCU21/0175).
        28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville QLD 4566, also described as Lot 3 on SP246584 (Future Lot 2).


We refer to the above described development application and advise that we are withdrawing the Notice
of Stopping the Current Period which was submitted on 11 February 2022. Subsequent to this notice, the
current period of the application is being resumed in the Decision Stage of the assessment timeframe.


We also take this opportunity to provide the following revised materials in response to the Council’s
feedback on the proposed development. To this end, please find attached:


  ▪   Appendix A – Revised Architectural Plan Package;
  ▪   Appendix B – Revised Illustrative Renders;
  ▪   Appendix C - Revised Landscape Concept Design Package;
  ▪   Appendix D – Revised Civil Engineering Report; and
  ▪   Appendix E – Revised Stormwater Management Plan.


We anticipate providing you with a revised Traffic Advice in the coming days regarding the proposed
loading and refuse circulation and the design of the site ingress/egress which takes into account
Council’s feedback on this item.
