Pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Coastal Protection and Management Act 2003, we wish to make
application for Prescribed Tidal Works adjoining this property.

Please find attached the following documents:-
    1.       DA Form 1, letter of authority from land owner, SDAP State Code 7 & Fasttrack Checklist;
    2.       A copy of the proposal plans signed by an RPEQ;
    3.       A certificate of design by an RPEQ;
    4.       Certificate of title and copy of registered plan of the property; and
    5.       Relevant sections of Schedule 3 of the Prescribed Tidal Works Code addressed in a planning
             report.

Please email our office with the fee quote so that our client may pay the required amount via the online
method.

We then look forward to receiving the Confirmation Notice in due course.
