   change the use of an existing 27m2 single car garage for the purposes of a restaurant (refer
     to pink area on Figure 1);
   change the use of approximately 24m2 of existing ‘retail shop’ to a restaurant (refer to
     green area on Figure 1); and
The remainder of the ground floor building use is to remain as a shop (refer to white areas on
Figure 1).

The proposal results in five tenancies, with Lot 1a and Lot 1c proposed to be restaurants and Lot
1b, Lot 2 and Lot 3 proposed to be shops (refer to Figure 2).

The driveway and car parking areas are proposed to remain in their current form, with no
additional onsite carparking proposed.
Additional changes are described in the application material as follows:
   New weatherboard cladding,
   new windows and entries,
   a new roof over enclosed space,
   a 3m extension to the awning to align with the extent of the building,
   new posts, and a feature frieze below the awning.
