GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 13 JANUARY 2020
A vegetated drainage corridor runs initially along the northern boundary eastwards, then
traverses the lot southward and finishes at the stormwater culvert near the Hofmann Drive
roundabout.
The drainage corridor and the vegetation located to the north east corner (the majority of Lot 2,
Precinct B3) of the site is characterised by regrowth vegetation consisting of canopy species of
Eucalyptus robusta (Swamp Mahogany), Melaleuca quinquenervia (Paperbark) , Allocasuarina
littoralis (She Oak), Lophostemon confertus (Brushbox). The vegetation is less than 20 years old
in most parts and currently provides some visual screening of the development site.
Figure 10a below shows an aerial of the site and the surrounding area, Figure10b shows the
covenants and Figure 11, the zoning.
