SLOPE STABILITY ASSESSMENT
BLACK PINCH RD, COOTHARABA
1.0 INTRODUCTION
As requested, a slope stability assessment was carried out at the above site in order to

potential instability which may prevent the construction of the proposed structures or
earthworks.
It is proposed to construct a residential dwelling at the above site. The site is currently used for
grazing.

The proposed building area was on a site situated at the end of Black Pinch Road, Cootharaba.

the south at 20%. This th.en decreased to about 12% before again increasing to 23%-27%.
The ground on the other side of the ridgeline graded down to the west at 11 % increasing to 30%
and 26% further to the southeast.
