Re: Request for “Generally in Accordance” Determination for Plan of Development
RAL19/0005 — Reconfiguration of a Lot

65 Poinciana Avenue, Tewantin
Lot 1 on RP54219.

| herein request a “generally in accordance” determination in respect of the enclosed Plan of
Proposed Reconfiguration (Ref: 17-4579AE) which relates to the existing approval
RAL18/0011.

It is requested that the Plan of Proposed Reconfiguration 17-4579AE (enclosed in Appendix
A) is “generally in accordance” with the approved Plan of Proposed Reconfiguration
“Subdivision Plan Drawing No. 04.1218.2A” (enclosed in Appendix B), which was approved
on 26" August 2019.

The approved plan has been required to be amended to Lots that do not create
encroachments over Common Property. The amendments sought for the approved plan
are:

e The eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2 and 3 are located generally along the line of the
overhanging gutter of the units.

e The northern boundaries of Lots 4 and 5 are located generally along the line of the
first floor balconies of the Lots.

On the basis of the above, we request Council review the attached Plan of Proposed
Reconfiguration 17-4579AE and accordingly endorse this plan as being “generally in
accordance” with the approved Subdivision Plan Drawing No. 04.1218.2A.
