5.0       CONCLUSION



The proposal at hand relates to the development is for Operational Works, in the Semi Attached Housing Zone
of the Noosa Plan 2006.

The proposal is for Operational Works in relation to the approval MCU17/0559.02, over land located at 16 Grant
Street, Noosa. An assessment has been conducted on the proposed Operational Work and the proposals
suitability for the site.

The information contained in this report demonstrates compliance with the relevant Noosa Plan 2006
Development Codes and the conditions of MCU17/0559.02.

The proposal at hand generally complies with Council’s Planning Scheme requirements to the extent that they
apply to the site.

We therefore request that the proposed development be considered favourably by Council and subsequently
approved subject to reasonable conditions.
