                 The width of the driveway crossover at the kerb (W1) was approved at 3.78m and has been
                 constructed at ~5.0m which exceeds the maximum width for a “type 2” residential crossover by
                 ~1.2m. Council is generally supportive of the increased width and non-standard alignment due
                 to the frontage to the Lyrebird Court cul-de-sac, but requires the works to be undertaken in
                 accordance with an Operational Works approval (as conditioned).
