The Assessment Manager

The enormity of this development is incongruous with its quiet location.

Noosa is already well served with Taverns and liquor outlets. 5 bottle shops already exist within 300 metres of this proposed development.

The existing Noosa Fair shopping centre currently has 4 shops available for lease. Noosa Civic is 4 Km away and is well placed as a shopping hub.

We don't require an increased concentration of vacant retail outlets and we certainly don't need any more alcohol outlets in Noosa.

Remember that there is NO PUBLIC HOSPITAL in Noosa to treat the resultant alcohol related injuries.

The resultant traffic flows will further compromise the congestion in the area.

I also object to the timing of this application and it's bypassing of the new Noosa Council.

Kind regards
