Training & Exercises                                    In an effort to provide an effective training program, the LDMG
                                                        works closely with QFES to provide a coordinated program of
                                                        training from the Queensland Disaster Management Training
                                                        Framework (QDMTF).

                                                        The QDMTF outlines the core training courses and inductions
                                                        relevant to the key disaster management stakeholders to support
                                                        the effective performance of their role. Exercises will be used to
                                                        help review the effectiveness of the LDMP. Exercises can take
                                                        many forms from simple discussion type exercises to full scale
                                                        functional operations.
