Dear Patrick,

Reference is made to the representations on 12 June 2025 about the abovementioned development approval.

Following the discussion today about the reasonableness and intent of condition 14, the applicant withdraws the representations about that condition.

It would be appreciated if you could advise as soon as possible if there are any concerns with the other representations to conditions 24, 37, 51, 56 and 67.

The applicant would like a decision made as soon as possible.

It would be appreciated if you could advise if the decision will be made by delegation.

Please advise if you require further information.
