Hi Lisa,

Pursuant to DA Rule 32, on behalf of the applicant we respectfully request to stop the current period for twenty (20) business days until 11 May 2021 to allow the applicant time to respond to Council's outstanding issues.



The clock has been previously stopped for 40 business days. Upon giving this notice, the number of business days remaining in the cumulative period under section 32.6(b) of the Development Assessment Rules is 70 business days.
