RE:       LODGMENT OF APPLICATION
Development Application for a Material Change of Use – Entertainment and dining business
Type 1 Food & Beverages and Type 2 Recreation amusement & fitness (extensions and
alterations to a Surf Club) over land at 4 The Esplanade, Sunshine Beach, described as Lot 126
on CP845336 and Lot 5 on SP269274

Please find enclosed a development application for the above proposal which has been prepared in
accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment
Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application is lodged electronically and includes:

        •   Proposal Report including Proposal Plans and Locality Plan; and
        •   Completed IDAS Forms 1 and 5.

The site is a Reserve for Local Government Purposes for Surf Life Saving activities with Council as Trustee.
Could you please forward the application to the relevant Council section for owners consent.

Application fees will be paid separately by the applicant following lodgment of the application.
