            Table 10.3 (Schedule of Council adopted charges) states the development use/s, the planning regulation prescribed amount/s and the
            adopted Council charge at the base date of 1 July 2024 for the 2024-2025 Financial Year applying to Council networks in accordance
            with the “charges breakup” agreement.
