Minor narrowing of the centre of Doggie Beach is visible, but no loss of

There is limited change in development of the southern spit, with approximately

Although the scour pocket at the Noosa Woods training wall still controls flows,
the southern channel no longer exits alongside the training wall, instead running
in a shore-parallel direction before exiting closer to Noosa North Shore. The
southern spit extent remains small above high-water, although the submerged
portion has notably increased as the channel exit moves north away from the
training wall.

The southern spit has grown notably below the high-water mark, despite more
than 8,000 m3 of material being intercepted by the sand shifter in the preceding
month. The spit growth has forced the channel towards the northern spit before
exiting near Noosa North Shore.
