    I (We), make the following submission:
    We are firmly against this expansion
    We already have too many speciality shopping facilities in the NoosalTewantin                       area which is resulting in small businesses
    failing on a regular basis, we certainly do not need any more.
    The application is said to include two supermarkets and a discount department store. We already have 1 x Coles. 3 x
    Woolworths, 2 x IGA, and Big W. Why on earth would we need any morel
    The development would further degrade our natural environment: The reason why most of us live in Noosa is to get away
    from the concrete jungle atmosphere of the overdeveloped cities.
