I have reviewed the advertising of the proposed development currently being
assessed by Noosa Council for the Essence of Peregian Beach project at 215
David Low Way,

I am familiar with the Peregian Village Market complex as I am a regular visitor to
the Noosa area and I have no objection in the mixed-use development proposed,
being short stay and beach houses, as I believe this will be a good result for
Peregian, having different places to stay and also bring new business to the area
with the conference facility, Peregian Beach is a popular destination and this
new accommodation    will attract some of the tourism market which is currently
being missed, as there is no new modern accommodation       being offered in
Peregian Beach and is in line with the growth and development that Peregian
Beach has experienced over the past few years.
