Re:       Notification to stop the current period
          Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Warehouse (Extension to Existing Self-storage)

I refer to the abovementioned development currently in the Information Request stage.

On behalf of the applicant, North Coast Chiropractic Services Pty Ltd TTE, and in accordance with Section 32 of
the Development Assessment Rules, we hereby give notice to Council to stop the current period. It is requested
that the period for the applicant to respond to an information request be stopped for 130 business days, or,
until otherwise withdrawn.

The stopped period will expire on 28 February 2025 with the balance of the applicant’s information request
response period to recommence 03 March 2025 (unless withdrawn early).
