Withdrawal of development application (pursuant to Section 52 of the Planning Act 2016)
Your Ref: MCU19/0073
We refer to this development application over the above site, made on behalf of Lutheran Services. The
application seeks:

     Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Multiple Housing Type 3 – Retirement and Special
      Needs, Wellbeing Type 3 – Worship, and Wellbeing Type 2 – Social.

Pursuant to Section 52 of the Planning Act 2016 (the Act), we withdraw this development application.

As required by Section 52 of the Act, we will notify SARA that the application has been withdrawn.

We request a refund of the development application fee in accordance with the refund policy in Council’s
schedule of fees and charges. The application is within the Information and Referral Stage, and therefore, is
entitled to a 60% refund.

The amount paid for the application was $20,880.00. It is anticipated that the amount refundable is $12,528.00.
