INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Crossover Width
It is unclear to Council if the driveway crossover complies with the minimum width of 5.5m in the road reserve as described in condition 7b of the higher order approval, RAL21/0018.
Council is concerned that the crossover may have insufficient width to allow vehicles turning right from Lake MacDonald Drive into the driveway without stopping if a vehicle is turning left from the proposed driveway.
Information Required
Provide additional detail demonstrating compliance with condition 7b of the higher order approval, RAL21/0018. The additional detail must be prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ – Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) and include, but not be limited to:
a driveway crossover with a minimum width of 5.5m in the road reserve.
