ORDINARY MEETING MINUTES                                                    18 DECEMBER 2014


10   COMMUNITY JURY PROJECT
     That Council note the report by the Community Engagement Manager to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 December regarding the Community Jury Project
     and endorse that the question for the first Community Jury be: “What is the best option for
     minimising organic waste sent to landfill?”


11   CHANGE OF VENUE FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS - 2015
     That Council note the report by the PA to the CEO to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 9 December 2014 and:
     A.   Pursuant to Section 257(3)(b) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, resolve to
          hold its Ordinary Meeting on:
          1.    Thursday, 7 May 2015 at the Cooran Memorial School of Arts Hall, Cooran
                commencing at 6pm; and
          2.    Thursday, 19 November 2015 at The J, Noosa Junction commencing at 6pm.
     B.   Request the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that suitable advertising is undertaken
          to promote these community based Council Meetings.
