tenament and his or their respective servants and licensees (in cannon
with the Grantor and all ethers having a like right) at all times
hereafter by day or night at their will and pleasure with or without
carriages, mtor cars, mtor trucks, or other vehicles or any description

whatsoever for all lawfu. uw. = +s connected with the use and enjoyment

 

of the datinant .o.chact for whatever purposes the dominant tenement
may from time to time be usexl anc enjoyed to enter, leave, re-enter, go,

pass, re~pass, along, through, over ana across the servient tencment.

Full and free right and liberty at all times hereafter and from time to
time to have lay construct and thereafter forever use and maintain repair
disconnect and re-connect water, drainage, sewerage and gas pipes and
electricity and telephone wires for the more beneficial use and enjoyment
of the deminant tenement under (or in the case of electricity and telephone
wires under or over) the surface of the servient tenement in order that
any necessary wires, pipes, drains and sewers maybe connected from the
dominant tenement with the sewer main or other pipeline or wires beyond

the servient tenement and for the purpose to have full and free access

to the servient tenement for the Grantee and his servants, agents ,

workmen and others at all reasonable times.
