Building Suncoast Green
Amendment 1 Remove the Caretaker’s Accommodation unit in its entirety, while
maintaining the degree of articulation along the Building A interface,
while retaining the screening element that addresses and defines the
site entrance.
Amendment 2 Extend the roof form of Building C along the northern elevation to
provide additional depth and articulation to the façade and create a
clearer distinction between the ground and second storey.
This may be achieved through the incorporation of aluminium panel
cladding across the full extent of the second storey, or a similar
architectural treatment that enhances the visual separation and
breaks up the northern elevation.
