Thanks for your advices and correspondence relating to this application.

In addressing items of the Request for Further Information issued by Council, changes have
been necessarily made to the development layout.

e The access easement proposed was not supported by Council, replaced with an
Urban Access Road.

e This proposed new road was then sited to achieve satisfactory centreline
separation with Red Street.

e Asaresult, achieving efficient design results in increased lot yield.

As determined necessary by Council’s Planners, we hereby provide formal request to
change the application under Section 52(1) of the Planning Act 2016.

Included with this cover letter are: -
i. Landowner (applicant) consent.
ii. Form 1 amendments where relevant.
iii. Layout plan, Ref 3365 Prop Ver 2b

We await advice of application fees payable to Council due to the 4 extra lots.
