Re: Development Approval for Material Change of Use of Premises —
Animal Husbandry Type 2 — Aquaculture.

Pursuant to Section 361 of the Sustainable Planning Act on behalf of the applicant
we seek to make representations regarding the Approval and the following Condition
of the Decision Notice issued on the dated 9" September, 2013, and received in this
office on the 12" September, 2013; of the above application.

In reference to the Adopted Infrastructuer Charge Notice (Ref: Adopted Charge
Notice No 509) that was included with the Decision Notice, we note that the
contributions for the above mentioned development have been calculated based
upon the Gross Floor Area of the existing shed on the site which is approximately
1060m’ in area. It is intended that the majority of this shed will continue to be used to
maintain cattle.

Within this shed, the calculated Gross Floor Area that will be used for the purposes
of Animal Husbandry Type 2 — Aquaculture is 140m?. This area within the shed
includes:

e 24 tanks with an area of 2m x 2m, and

e 16 troughs with ana area of 4m x 0.5m.

We ask that the Decision Notice and the associated Adopted Infrastructure Charge
Notice is amended according to the Gross Floor Area of 140m? for which this
Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises — Animal Type 2 —-
Aquaculture applies.
