Company based in Noosa, Sunshine Coast,
Queensland and are seeking the service of a suitably
qualified person to manage the Company's HACCP
and Quality Control program for frozen and fresh
seafood products that are sold to supermarkets
nationally in Australia and to supermarkets in Asia,
Ideally to qualify for this position you will have:
+A sound knowledge of HACCP and Food Quality
Control Assurance, as well as office administration.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

+A basic knowledge of QuickBooks accounting.

The successful applicant will have experience in
managing HACCP plans for food companies, as well
as preparing the necessary documents for third
party audits. You will also be required to maintain
a “testing register" where all products are lab tested
against the supermarkets biological and health
standards.

Part Time: 25 hours per week (12 noon to 5:00pm
daily - Monday to Friday). Position will also include
some administration duties.
