Dear Max,

In relation to the abovementioned property and development application (MCU21/0192) on behalf of Adam
Flanagan and Shane Tye, we hereby submit the following information as requested in Council’s Information
Request dated 26th November 2021.

In accordance with section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we wish to advise that the applicant
is providing all of the information requested.

The following attachments are enclosed within this response:

         • Attachment 1 –Revised Architectural Plans prepared by Garland Design (Issue C),
         • Attachment 2 – Detailed Survey prepared by Skyline Surveyors,
         • Attachment 3 - Preliminary Stormwater Management Plan prepared by AAA Design &
            Development,
         • Attachment 4- Preliminary Earthworks Plan prepared by AAA Design & Development, and
         • Attachment 5 –Revised Landscaping Plans prepared by Garland Design (Issue C).
