Hi Dave,
Following discussions with other relevant officers, Council has no objection for the driveway to match the
general profile of the existing swale and the grassed verge. Any changes to the levels of the grassed verge
should be kept to the minimal and ensuring NO adverse impact on the health and long-term survival of the
existing street trees.

I understand the proposal will not result in stormwater ponding on the grassed verge and/or the proposed
driveway. Also, I understand the street stormwater flows run to the north toward No 12 Grosvenor Tee, so it
is unclear how flows will pass the driveway for No 12 in the absence of access pipe, these issues need to
be investigated, assessed and addressed appropriately.

To note, there is currently an OPW application for the constructed vehicle crossover that is in its early
stages of assessment.
