application over the above site. We provide our response to this information request below.

        Issue                               Response
 1      Car Parking Allocations             The carpark layout plan has been amended to match
                                            the architectural GA-Plan. A separate emergency
                                            parking bay has been allocated. Refer the following
                                            supporting documentation:
                                            Appendix A for updated civil drawings,
                                            Appendix B for updated architectural drawings and
 2     Pedestrian Safety                    The site access is no different to a standard vehicle
                                            cross-over similar to other cross overs for residential
                                            units on Viewland Drive. Nevertheless, signage and
                                            linemarking has been included, as well as a speed
                                            hump on the exit isle and surface treatment variation
                                            to improve driver awareness of pedestrians. Refer the
                                            following supporting documentation:
