Reference is made to the information request issued by Council on 22 December 2022, with a response to be provided by 30 June 2023, which is tomorrow.

While some progress has been made with the response, consultant availability has been a real issue, which has delayed the preparation. Further, the applicant is currently working away and would prefer to be available when public notification commences.

In the circumstances, it is requested that a two month extension be provided by agreement, pursuant to sections 13.1 and 33.1 of the Development Assessment Rules.

Please advise if you have any concerns about the request being made.

Reference is made to the attached information request issued by Council on 22 December 2022, with a response to be received by 22 March 2023.

The applicant is the process of responding to the information request; however, consultant availability has been a real issue over the holiday period and with these consultants being experts in their respective disciplines, they are in high demand. The applicant has also engaged Mr Leslie Curtis an architect and visual amenity expert to assist with some building design changes, which also has taken time to arrange.

In the circumstances, it is requested that a two month extension be provided by agreement, pursuant to sections 13.1 and 33.1 of the Development Assessment Rules.
