In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0104) and Council’s Decision Notice
dated (20th June 2022, on behalf of R & M Salmon we hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending
the appeal period in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that representations in relation to the Infrastructure Charges contained as part of the
Decision Notice will be submitted in accordance with s.125 of the Planning Act 2016.
