GENERALLY IN ACCORDANCE REQUEST – Unit 19 – 67 Gibson Road,
Noosaville QLD 4566 (TPC 2477) LOT 40 GTP 100813 (JDBA REF:

It is requested that Council considers the following minor variation associated with a Deck and Patio
on a Group Housing Development as Generally in accordance. To support this request, it is requested
that Council consider the following:
The proposed Deck & Patio sizes are larger than what has previously been approved.
In summary:
No development permits or referenced documents require any changes to facilitate this request. This
includes there being no amendments required to any conditions of the Town Planning Consent Permit
approval or the amendment to any associated plans.
Given the minor variation is associated only with a class 10a structure, it is requested that Council
considers this as being Generally in Accordance with the approved plan.
