Noosa Council Notice of Submission Re MCU22/0039 We have concerns regarding this application being part of an allocated industrial zone. We feel Cooroy although a small community has the opportunity to attract business to this beautiful country town, which will be a must to help those who live here gain and retain employment close to the centre of town. This in today’s economic difficulties is the reason we are saying No to housing over limited industrial/ commercial land that is currently zoned. An area already occupied by most Automotive to heavy industrial. This is also likely to open unfair noise complaints with those living closer to what is now regarded as a necessity in the running of current business. Lastly is the function of tiny living allocating limited parking. If at a time of holidays for those receiving visitors, which is highly likely. This would only leave street parking that is already stretched to the limit. This would impact on those working, customers and the businesses themselves. 26 October 2022 [email protected]
