(b) record the decision in the appropriate register; and
(c) if the decision is to refuse, give the holder an
information notice about the decision.
21.48 Chief Power, as the administering authority, to impose a condition on Section 308
Executive an environmental authority requiring the holder to give financial Environmental
Officer assurances as security for compliance with the environmental Protection Act 1994
authority and for costs or expenses mentioned in section 316C.
