                            and
                        (c) include a copy of any investigation report mentioned in
                            section 375(4).

21.135   Chief       Power, as the owner of land, to make an inclusion request and Sections 379B and
         Executive   respond to any request for further information from the 379C Environmental

21.136   Chief       Power, to give the administering authority:-             Section 390
         Executive      (a) a contaminated land investigation document        Environmental
         Officer            accompanied by a declaration and a statement; and Protection Act 1994
                        (b) a statement as owner of the land agreeing to the draft
                            plan.
