22.59 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to, by written notice, Section 175
Executive require the holder of an environmental authority for regulated Environmental
Officer waste transport to pay a supplementary annual fee and if Protection Regulation
unpaid, to recover the supplementary annual fee as a debt. 2019
22.60 Chief Power, as an administering authority, to, by written notice, Section 177(2)
Executive require the holder to pay:- Environmental
Officer (a) the annual fee or the outstanding amount of the fee; Protection Regulation
and 2019
(b) the late payment fee stated in schedule 15 of the
Regulation.
