33.21 Chief Power, as agency, to give a prescribed written notice to an Section 68(1)
Executive applicant, for an access application, of: Information Privacy
Officer (a) the decision on the application, including a decision to Act 2009
refuse to deal with the application; and
(b) the fact that the document is not a document in the
possession, or under the control, of Council, if this is the
case.
33.22 Chief Power, as agency, to not include any exempt information or Section 68(3)
Executive contrary to public interest information in the notice given under Information Privacy
