(b) refuse the application.
53.12 Chief Power, where Council decides to approve an application, to:- Section 48 Plumbing
Executive (a) issue a permit, or an amended permit, to the applicant; and Drainage
Officer and Regulation 2019
(b) give a copy of the permit, or amended permit, to each
entity listed in subsection (b).
53.13 Chief Power, in a circumstance listed in subsection (1), to give an Section 50(2)
