                        (c) recover as a debt from each owner, the owner’s share

53.34   Chief       Power, in the circumstances listed in subsection (1), to require Section 108(2)
        Executive   by notice to the owner of the old building and the owner of the Plumbing and
        Officer     new building:-                                                   Drainage Regulation
                        (a) the owner of the old building to change the affected     2019
                            vents; and
                        (b) the owner of the new building to pay the owner of the
                            old building the reasonable cost of changing the
                            affected vents.
