1.03 Chief Power, as an approved entity, to:- Section 43B Animal
Executive (a) conduct an accreditation scheme to breed dogs; and Management (Cats
Officer and Dogs) Act 2008
(b) accredit a person as an “accredited breeder” under the
accreditation scheme.
## Note: this section only applies to local governments who
have been declared to be an approved entity under section
43W.
