Executive that includes the performance of electrical work to ensure:- Electrical Safety Act

(a) the electrical work is performed by the holder of an
electrical work licence that authorises the performance
of the work; and
(b) any supervision of the electrical work is carried out by
the holder of an electrical work licence that authorises
the performance of the work.
17.09 Chief Power, as a relevant person, in the circumstances listed in Section 57AB
Executive subsection 57AB(1):- Electrical Safety Act
Officer 2002
(a) keep a register of licensed workers in a way that
complies with subsection 57AB(3); and
(b) if asked by an inspector, make the register available for
immediate inspection by the inspector.
