complies with the requirements of subsection 77(1).
18.22 Chief Power, as the person in control of the electrical installation, to Section 78 Electrical
Executive maintain, to a reasonable extent, the integrity of the insulation Safety Regulation
Officer of any electric line, or connection to an electric line, that is part 2013
of the electrical installation
18.23 Chief Power, as the person in control of an overhead electric line, to Section 79 Electrical
Executive ensure that trees and other vegetation are trimmed, and other Safety Regulation
Officer measures taken, to prevent contact with the line that is likely to 2013
cause injury from electric shock to any person or damage to
property.
18.24 Chief Power, as the person in control of an overhead electric line, to Section 80(1) Electrical
Executive ensure that , if the line is disconnected from its electricity supply, Safety Regulation
Officer the line is:- 2013
(a) dismantled as soon as practicable after disconnection;
or
(b) maintained so it is electrically and mechanically safe.
