DESCRIPTION OF POWER DELEGATED                                                     LEGISLATION

Power, as an administering authority, to give the holder of the environmental      Section 344G
authority a copy of the authority that does not include the note.
Power, as an administering authority, to apply to the Court for an order that      Section 355
section 353(1) does not apply.
Power, as an administering authority who has made an application to the Court Section 357(2)
under section 355, to apply to the Court for an order pending decision on the
application.
Power, as administering authority, to –                                        Sections 357C,
    grant an application for a temporary emissions licence, with or without 357D and 357E
       conditions, as submitted or on different terms than have been requested
       in the application; or
    refuse to grant the application for a temporary emissions licence.
Power, as administering authority, to amend, cancel or suspend a temporary Section 357J
emissions licence.
Power, as holder of a temporary emissions licence, to give written agreement       Section 357J
to the amendment of the licence.
