be noted that given this is an existing street Extended Design Domain standards
can be adopted, which would reduce the visibility requirements to between 81 and
89m. The visibility in this direction exceeds the EDD sight distance requirements.
A site check has confirmed that no clearing of existing vegetation is required – refer
