Issue – Motor cycle spaces
SCG’s drawing 27287-OW6.1, titled ‘OPERATIONAL WORKS: DRIVEWAY SETOUT &
DETAILS’, dated March 2018, indicates that there is a SRV parking & turning bay adjacent
to the 3 proposed motorcycle parks.

Information Required
4. Demonstrate how the motorcycle spaces will work when a SRV is parked in the indicated
SRV parking & turning bay.

Response
The intention of the SRV bay is to provide a designated space for short term parking of a
(SRV) delivery vehicle. As such it is not intended nor expected for the space to be occupied
for long periods of time, and will not impede on the access, egress and manoeuvring of
motorcycles and/or scooters using the motorcycle spaces.

In conclusion we trust the attachments and responses to the issues raised are appropriate to
