Submissions in support overwhelmingly highlight the importance of the venue as a social and community asset,
its role in continuing lawn bowls activities, and the benefit of proposed changes in creating a more neighbour-
friendly operation.

Overall, the proposal achieves a balanced and considered planning outcome that enhances amenity, respects
local character, supports community use, and complies with the relevant statutory framework.

It is respectfully submitted that Council give favourable consideration to the proposed changes and proceed to
finalise the decision in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act 2016.
